Laser Edge Leather Return Policy

At Laser Edge Leather, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

• Leather Bits: Due to safety and biosecurity reasons, leather bits are strictly non-returnable. These items cannot be safely cleaned and resold once they leave our facility.

• Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are exempt from returns and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will gladly provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Exclusions & Damages

Please note that our policy does not cover standard wear and tear. Damage or breakage resulting from misuse, neglect, or using the product outside of its intended purpose will not be covered and is not eligible for a return.
